Principal Partner

CA. Pradeep K. Goyal is the Principal Partner of the firm. He is a distinguished expert in Direct Taxation and Bank Audits, bringing with him a wealth of experience and insight in these domains. A former Chairman of the Lucknow Branch of the CIRC of ICAI, CA. Goyal has played a pivotal role in shaping the profession at the branch level. He holds multiple prestigious certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, including Concurrent Audit of Banks, Forensic and Fraud Detection, and Peer Review. Along with his current practice, he had an extensive and impactful tenure with the State Bank of India, where he developed deep practical insights into the functioning of the banking sector. Notably, he was instrumental in uncovering a major financial fraud in a leading bank, showcasing his exceptional investigative acumen and commitment to financial integrity.
